A leading Insurance Broker is looking for a confident and established Sales professional to join their team in Dubai.
About the Role
- Responsible for driving revenue growth through prospecting, acquisition and development of new clients
- To generate quality leads that result in sales
- Follow up on all sales lead provided
- Develop and execute sales/marketing proposals
- Make presentations to clients and close sales
- Build good relationships with potential and existing clients
- Work with team to achieve sales performance targets
- Achieve sales targets as outlined by the Head
- Plan strategically and develop new business ideas
- Maintain accurate records of all prospect/client contacts
- Provide the Management with accurate sales and productivity reports
About the Individual
- Proven sales experience in the insurance industry
- Strong connections with companies and industries with sales potential
- Excellent telephone manner & selling skills
- Pleasant disposition, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strategic thinking skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and projects
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance is preferable
- Insurance qualifications CII/ ACII is a plus
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of sales experience in insurance/brokerage firm in UAE

Salary commensurate based on Candidates’ experience
