About the Company
A leading Insurance Broker in the KSA region is currently looking for a Business Development Professional to join their team in Jeddah.
About the Role
- Establishing strong relationships with existing clients and potential clients
- Managing new and existing book of business
- Educate clients on the technical aspects of insurance coverage and wordings.
- Manage client expectations through market, insurance and sector briefings.
- Actively developing new business and growing existing business
- Provide optimum level service support to clients
About the Individual
- Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Must possess large book of business
- Knowledge of all insurance product lines
- Fluent Arabic and English speaking skills

Salary commensurate based on Candidates’ experience
