About the Company

A well-established Insurance Broker are looking for an experienced Sales Professional to join their corporate insurance team in Dubai.

About the Role

  • Gaining new business by identifying and exploiting opportunities in the local market;
  • Developing and maintaining good working relationships with clients, primarily focusing on exceeding their expectations on every customer interaction;
  • Introducing new products and promoting them through regular visits and frequent communication with direct clients;
  • Consulting on the most effective cover for a particular need, while taking the appropriate number of risk factors into account;
  • Delivering good customer service by responding swiftly to queries and concerns from clients;
  • Maintaining detailed knowledge of new and existing products by liaising with industry colleagues;
  • Monitoring and reporting on performance against agreed sales targets on a periodic basis;
  • Ensuring client receivables are collected in the pre-approved allocated time

About the Individual

  • Knowledge of insurance products of employee benefits.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration or equivalent.
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Rapport building skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
