A leading Insurance Company based in Saudi Arabia is looking for a strong and seasoned Senior Digital Marketing Professional to head up their team in Riyadh.
About the Role
- Formulate and deliver the digital marketing strategy for customer acquisition and customer retention
- Responsible for measuring campaigns, to maximize conversion and retention rates.
- Responsible for the online customer journey experience and focusing on improving website and social media integration.
- Responsible for digital brand engagement and improving the digital customer experience through research and insight
- Manage the creation and implementation of the integrated digital communications strategy, including social media, content marketing, organic search and paid search.
- Responsible for lead nurturing campaigns and renewal campaigns using multichannel communication strategies.
- Understanding marketing channel attribution and tracking methodology.
- Responsible for the digital marketing budget and reporting to senior management.
- Responsible for the content marketing strategy and/or social media strategy.
- Oversee the organic and paid search marketing strategy, and ensure best practice is adopted, reviewed and monitored.
- Contribute to growing online communities and social media platforms
- Manage online reputation management
- Develop relationships with digital agencies/vendors and involved in vendor selection.
- Assess new digital marketing technologies, tools and techniques, and regularly review for best fit for the business.
About the Individual
- 12-15 years of experience in digital/ecommerce
- University degree with specialism in Marketing, Economics or Business
- MBA degree is a preference.
- English language skills are mandatory. Arabic would be an advantage.
- Professional Certificate in Digital Marketing preferred
- Experience of managing websites, intranet, eCommerce sites.
- Experience in B2B tactics.
