A leading Insurance Broker is looking for a seasoned Senior Sales Professional to join and drive their team in Dubai.
About the Role
- Acquisition of SME and corporate clients with focus on Employee Benefits line.
- Build a team of qualified sales people.
- Strategic planning for achieving target with individual and team contribution.
- Liaise with back office for the placement of business.
About the Individual
- CII qualification with minimum 4 – 5 years of experience in Employee Health and Benefits.
- Prior experience of acquiring and managing SME and corporate clients.
- Must have an individual EB portfolio worth AED 12 – 15 M premium.
- Knowledge of local regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of EH&B products and solutions.
- Highly driven to excel and thrive within a fast-paced working environment.
- Experience / Ability to liaise with clientele from different nationalities and regions.
