A leading Insurance Broker is looking for a seasoned Senior Sales Professional to join and drive their team in Dubai.

About the Role

  • Acquisition of SME and corporate clients with focus on Employee Benefits line.
  • Build a team of qualified sales people.
  • Strategic planning for achieving target with individual and team contribution.
  • Liaise with back office for the placement of business.

About the Individual

  • CII qualification with minimum 4 – 5 years of experience in Employee Health and Benefits.
  • Prior experience of acquiring and managing SME and corporate clients.
  • Must have an individual EB portfolio worth AED 12 – 15 M premium.
  • Knowledge of local regulatory requirements.
  • Knowledge of EH&B products and solutions.
  • Highly driven to excel and thrive within a fast-paced working environment.
  • Experience / Ability to liaise with clientele from different nationalities and regions.
