A leading Insurance Company is looking for a Confident Sales Professional to join their team in Dubai.
About the Role
- Gaining new business by identifying and exploiting opportunities in the local market;
- Soliciting business on behalf of the company at designated clients;
- Developing and maintaining good working relationships with clients, primarily focusing on exceeding their expectations on every customer interaction;
- Introducing new products and promoting them through regular visits and frequent communication with direct clients;
- Increasing the profitability of existing product lines by encouraging clients for added value & cross-functional products wherever possible;
- Consulting on the most effective cover for a particular need, while taking the appropriate number of risk factors into account;
- Delivering good customer service by responding swiftly to queries and concerns from clients;
- Maintaining detailed knowledge of new and existing products by liaising with industry colleagues;
- Ensuring expert level credibility with the clients by maintaining detailed knowledge of current market conditions and competitors’ products;
- Monitoring and reporting on performance against agreed sales targets on a periodic basis;
- Working closely with sales operations/underwriters to issue or amend quotes/policies where necessary in order to meet client demand;
- Ensuring client receivables are collected in the pre-approved allocated time and restrain from open credit.

Salary commensurate based on Candidates’ experience
