A leading Insurance Broker is looking for a Sales Specialist to join their team in Jeddah, KSA.
About the Role
- Building and maintaining ongoing relationships with clients
- Managing new and existing book of business
- Manage and optimize the servicing process for all insurance policies
- Achieve optimum profitability on individual client accounts
- Educate clients on the technical aspects of insurance coverage and wordings. Manage client expectations through market, insurance and sector briefings.
- Actively developing new business and growing existing business
- Responsible in managing all aspects of prospect development from pre-sale through close. This includes developing referral sources, identifying new clients that match the client profile, and ensuring a consistent flow of new revenue.
About the Individual
- Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to Building strong relationships with colleagues, partners and customers and work effectively cross-functions (Sales, Account Management, Operations)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Must possess large book of business
- Fluent Arabic and English speaking skills
Salary commensurate based on Candidates’ experience
