A leading Insurance Company is looking for an accomplished Senior Business Development Professional to head up their sales team in Dubai.

About the Role

  • Actively developing new business and growing existing business.
  • Identify and manage client requirements in accordance with the terms of appointment.
  • Plan and co-ordinate renewal strategies.
  • Achieve optimum profitability on client accounts.
  • Monitor and report development, trends and issues in the client relationship.
  • Educate clients on the technical aspects of insurance coverage
  • Monitor team performance and ensure set targets are achieved.

About the Individual

  • Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business Administration or equivalent
  • CII/ ACII Certification preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of insurance sales experience in the UAE
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to Building strong relationships with colleagues, partners and customers and work effectively cross-functions (Sales, Account Management, Operations)
  • Team management experience is mandatory
  • Strong market & technical acumen and knowledge


Salary commensurate based on Candidates’ experience
